Northwest Technologies has been in business for over two decades. David L. Holman, Founder and President of Northwest Technologies, has over 38 years of construction experience. After receiving his degree in Construction Management from Boise State University in 1983, Dave served as the Assistant Executive Director for the Associated General Contractors of Idaho for 2 years. Realizing that he wanted to get back into the day to day construction field, his expertise led him to the position of Project Manager for Hunter-Saucerman Construction, Inc. and Heyrend Builders in Idaho Falls. In 1988 Dave set out on his own and started Northwest Technologies, Inc. Dave was a member of the Active Duty Air Force and Air National Guard from 1972 to 1996. As a military member he was responsible for the management and operations of a Civil Engineering Squadron, including the supervision of the electrical, mechanical, structural and engineering groups. He has served on the Advisory Board for the Construction Management program at Boise State since 2004.

Kristine M. Pietras, Vice President, has worked for Northwest Technologies since 1990. She received her degree in Accounting from Boise State University in 1992. Her areas of expertise include: accounting and finance, employee benefit programs, contract management, project submittals and training of administrative employees. Kris retired from the Idaho Air National Guard in 2007 after serving for 20 years.

Northwest Technologies employs 5 highly skilled Project Managers with over 100 years of combined construction and engineering experience. Our Firm prides itself in its ability to successfully complete complex design/build projects that require extensive interaction with the customer and NWTech personnel. Each Project Manager utilizes their experience while taking a hands-on approach to each project. That vested interest allows NWTech to make quick, informed decisions when necessary while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
